The dissertation deals with the actual problem of oncology - increasing of adaptive possibilities of the organism during radiotherapy in the patients with cervical cancer. On the base of examination and treatment of 84 pts with cervical carcinoma there was shown the clinical efficiency of applying of lowintensive magnet-laser irradiation during combined radiotherapy. It was established that outvascular magnet-laser radiation diminishes intoxication, improves immunologic reactivity, activates antioxydant protective system, prevents the appearance of radiation complications. As a result of usage of low-intensive magnet-laser therapy the number of general vegetative reactions was diminished by 23 % and local radiation complications by 26,7 %, and the three year survival index rosed up by 6,5 %.
