3. Object: the bloodstream in thyroid gland of patients with Graves' disease (GD). The work is aimed to optimiza- tion of diagnosis of GD and it's relapse and improvement the control of GD treatment's effectiveness. Methods and apparatus:clinical,hormonal,instrumental;ultrasound appara tus"Acuson 128 XP/10",reflexometer,computer.Theoreti- cal and practical results: Doppler sonography (DS) can be the additional method of diagnosis of GD. Prognostic scheme of severe GD and propensity to reccurent GD are developed on the basis of DS indicators. The new: the nece- ssity of DS using for prognosis of severe GD, treatment duration, propensity to GD relaps was proved. The level of approach: data can be used in observation of GD patients and in lectures in the medical universities. Field of application: endocrinology, therapy.
