Essay

The dissertation is concerning with the investigation of multiplan influence of TNC on the environment. It is revealed the core of contradictory effects of TNC on the enviroment. The main aspects of preferences of investment, which is determining for the development strategy of transnational firms, are revealed based on the Dainning's ecletic paradigm. It is studied the current system of regulation of ecological effect of TNC. The dynamics of foreign investment in the Ukranian national economy is analyzed, as well as the main problems of the regulation of TNC activity in Ukraine are revealed.
