The thesis is devoted to the questions of specialist trainind finanadal providing improvement. The place and the role of expenditures for specialist training in our country economy have been examined. The economic ground has been given for the size of expenditures needed for specialist training. The methods to determine the efficiency of expenditures for specialists training were evaluated. The classification and directions of their application in market economy transformation were proposed. The rote of higher education influance on the principal macro indixes was determined. In the case of market economy transformation the main directions of specialist training financing in cost of budget resources and out of budget resources have been defined.
