Experimental and theoretical investigations of optical, thermodynamic and kinetic properties are carried out in the work for spatially inhomogeneous liquids under gravity near the critical point (CP). By method of phase interface moving it was discovered that the height change of chemical potential of inhomogeneous liquid near CP exceeds the change of the gravity field to one-two orders and depends on critical temperature. Equation of state for inhomogeneous substance under gravity along the susceptibility extremum line was obtained on the basis of linear model of parametric state equation. Value of chemical potential height asymmetry for inhomogeneous substance near CP is obtained. It was shown, that the height asymmetry of gravity effect phenomenon near CP is determined: mainly by forces of interaction between fluctuation clusters of density or concentration; by essential height asymmetry of chemical potential of inhomogeneous substance under gravity. For binary solutions the height asymmetry of gra vity effect phenomenon near CP more depends on choice either one or another order parameter. It is shown that the kinetics of equilibrium establishment for inhomogeneous liquid under gravity when approaching to CP is characterized by decreasing of relaxation times of density and density gradient and decreasing of average velocity of center mass moving.
