Galka V. Phase equilibria in the АІ2Х - ВІІХ - СІІІ2Х3 quasiternary systems (АІ -Cu, Ag; BII - Zn, Cd, Hg; CIII - Ga, In; X - S, Se, Te)

The thesis contains the results of investigation of the interactions between components in the Ag2S - CdS - Ga2S3 and Cu2Se - HgSe - In2Se3 quasiternary systems and phase equilibria diagram investigation of the 20 sections of AICIIIX2 - BIIX type. The limits of the solid solutions were determined. Six quaternary phasis were found. Crystal structure of the AgCd2GaS4 phase was determined by powder method. Investigations of the electrical, thermo-electrical and photo-electrical properties of the CuInS2-CdS system samples were performed. Single crystals of solid solutions range on the basis of BIIX were growed. Optical properties of the AgCd2GaS4 single crystals were investigated.
