Object of researches - powder alloys of a system Ni-Mn. The purpose of researches - researching of technological principles of the Ni-Mn alloys sprayed dusts, which one will ensure improvement of technical parameters of diamonds synthesis process. Methods of researches - metallographic, X-ray, DTA, submicroscopy, thermal desorbtion, microhardness testing. The idealized outcomes and novelty - are established of dusts grain composition formation depending on radial velocity, regulariti of formation of a Ni-Mn-C alloy dusts swaft in velosity fanction of a crystallization of a melt, the model of frame of dusts obtained by centrifugal sputtering is offered. The practical value and novelty - is designed technology of the Ni-Mn alloys sprayed dusts, that alloys to increase a degree of transformation of graphite in diamond on 20-25% and to increase an output of diamonds at synthesis on 10-12%. The degree of intrusion - is conducted the industrial chek in conditions ISM NAS of Ukraine. Field of usage-effecting -of diamonds.
