Essay

In the dissertation the current electoral legislation of Ukraine is comprehendsive investigated historical aspects of its formation and the necessity of improvement of legislative regulating of electoral of process is explained. According to the subject of thesis investigation the electoral legislation is historical development, the influence of the political parties, on structuring of the Verkhovna Rada is investigated. Theoretical conclusion and received results on investigated problems are laid out in the thesis.
