Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the theoretical and experimental research of potatoes-washing technological process, which passes in a pulsing air-water stream and conditions of vibration. Its use last allows to reduce the power costs and also to increase quality and productivity of potatoes washing up in machines. There are the developed mathematical modes of the potatoes transition process along the sieve of washing-machine. Heir we have the reasonable parameters and rational operational of the for washing a vibration type. Test of the developed machine for washing have confirmed it work capacity and efficiency.
