112 patients chronic alcoholic hepatiti, im-provement of the results of treatment of the pa-tients with chronic alcoholic hepatitis, moderate and minimal activity on the base of differenti-ated tactics the therapy with enterosorbents. It is established disorder in contents of primary and secondary products of peroxide exidation, lipo-soluble vitamins and general antioxidant activ-ity depending on process activity in liver and severity of the course. Positive effect of carbo-vit and Aronia criopowder on lipid peroxide oxidation, antioxidant protection and immuno-logical homeostasis is grounded. Efficiency of rational differentiated therapy with enterosorb-ents depending on process activity in liver has been proved. Original method of treatment has been worked out; of patent for invention of Ukraine has been registered. The obtained data are introduced into practice of establishments of public health services in the field of a gastroenter-ology and therapy.
