Essay

There have been investigated informational value of determination of the electrokinetic mobility of nuclei of buccal epithelium cells (EKMN BEC) in differential diagnostics of catarrhal gingivitis and generalized parodontitis. It was found that changes in structural organization of plasmothetic membranes of cells play role in pathogenesis of dystrophic-inflammatory diseases of the parodont. It was established parallelism in changes of valuable indexes of lipids peroxidation with those of antioxidant system, local immuniti and EKMN BEC in catarrhal gingivitis and generalized parodontitis. The method of express diagnostics and the two ways of treatment of generalized parodontitis has been worked out and turned into practice.
