Essay

The object of investigations is a combing reaper for ear cereals harvesting. The aim of investigations is to raise the productivity of ear harvesting combing by improving the tehnology of standing ears combing and to ground parameters and operation modes of combing reaper. Methods of investigations. Theoretical investigations are conducted with the use of theoretical mechanics methods, mathematical analysis and modelling. Quality parameters are determined by the method of mathematical planning of an experiment. Results of investigations are treated by the methods of mathematical statistics with the use of computers. Interaction of executive device with treated material is investigated and parameters and operation modes of a combing reaper for ear cereals harvesting are grounded. The equation connecting the mechanical properties of car cereals with the speed of action of a combing executive device. With the help of this equation the minimal speed is determined that ensure the guarantee tear of ear froms tem without tearing a plant from the ground during standing ears combing. The strength characteristics of ear tear from the stem and tearing a plant from the ground, and the changes in the period of plants maturing and the harvesting are determined. The dependence of combing purity from combing drums rotation frequency, forward speed and depth of combing drums penetration into harvested plants is deduced.
