Experimental and clinical investigations of tooth cementum polishing efficiency in the complex treatment of periodontitis are represented in the scientific work. Method of postscaling treatment of denuded tooth cementum has been ellaborated in complex treatment of mild and moderate generalized periodontitis in 129 persons. Introduction of denuded tooth cementum polishing conducted after scaling helps to achieve better results in the complex treatment of periodontitis and to prolonge remission. Results of scientific work have been applied to dental practice.
