The Capital Asset Pricing Model has developed to make it applicable in a transition economy. The creditworthiness analysis model CENSOR is offered. The methodology for the factor analysis of liquidity - generalized formula of liquidity and the circuit of the analysis are developed. The results of research are used in banks, innovation and state structures.
