Object of the research - selenium-containing 1,6-naphthyridines and heterocycling systems on their basis. Aim of the research - to establish peculiarities and directions of multi-component condensation of 2,3-unsaturated ketons and their structural analogues containing double molarity of cyanoselenoacetamide and alkyl-halides with double molar surplus N-methylmorpholine. Methods of the research - organic synthesis, physical-chemical methods. Results, novelty: the original methods of the synthesis of earlier unknown functionally substituted 7-alkylseleno-1,4-dihydro-1,6-naphthyridines have been developed; the appropriateness of these methods to get 2-alkylselenopyridines and 2-alkylseleno-1,4-dihydropyridines has been revealed; for the first time for the selective oxidation of partly hydrogenated naphthyridines the method of acid dehydrogenation adding sodium nitrite has been used; the new heterocyclic systems has been developed: substituted tri-iodide tetrahydroselenazolonaphthyridine and dihydrose lenophenonaphthyridine. Range of application - combinatorial chemistry.
