The dissertation is devoted to effectiveness increase of non-removable tooth prosthesis by means of fixation quality increase of polymeric facing materials to a metallic skeleton at the expense of technology perfection of solid metal-polymeric dentures, fixation technology of polymeric facing to a metallic skeleton of a denture and optimization of polymerization conditions of facing layer. Clinical displays of dentures' maturing are systemized. Macromechanic mechanism of polymers fixation on metallic skeleton was perfected. Elaborated a mechanism of micromechanic fixation, which enlarges an area of cohesion between metal and polymer on 25 - 40%. Developed the method of materials' polymerization "Sinma", permissive to improve mechanic characteristics of given polymers in two times.
