3. 120 patients with lupus erythematosis (LE) were examined. The dissertation is devoted to research the clinico-immunologic and lipid peroxidative particula- rities of LE according to HBs-antigenemia and to find their changes under in- fluence of immunomodulative preparation isoprynosin and magnetolaser the- rapy (MLT). Methods of investigation: method of immunofermentive analysis, clinical, biochemical, immunologic, statistic. It was established that HBs-antigenemia in patients with LE to appearing of special clinical signs and chan- ges of immune reactivity, lipid peroxidative prosseses. An expediency of diffe- rentiated therapeutic methods with usage of MLT and isoprynosin was scienti- ficals substained. The main results have been introduced into the clinical prac- tice. The using area is a medicine.
