Essay

The dissipative 2b-parabolic systems without degenerations and with degeneration on an initial hyperplane are defined. For such systems and for some systems, which are reduced to the dissipative systems, a fundamental matrix of solutions of the Cauchy problem is constructed. Solvability, and partially to a correct resolvability, of the Cauchy problem for nondegenerate or weak degenerate on an initial hyperplane of systems and of the problem without initial conditions for strong degenerate systems are established.
