Novelty: model of system pedagogical of work for the first time is developed; are proved and the psychological -pedagogical conditions pedagogical of work in medical colleges are checked up. Practical meaning: the results of research are fixed in a basis by development of the scientific plans and plans educational of work of medical colleges; are introduced into practice of work of educational institutions of this type.
