Chernushenko O. Complexes of chrome(III) with like and different ligands of cysteine and by other aminoasids

The object of investigation: the complex compounds of chrome(III) with cysteine. The aim: the development of synthesis methods of chrome(III) complex compounds with cysteine with adjustable composition of internal sphere. The research methods: chemical and physico-chemical analysis, IR-, electronic-spectroscopy, X-ray analysis, conductometry, thermal analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the methods of synthesis of new chrome(III) complex compounds with cysteine have been developed. The methods of composition regulation of complex compounds internal sphere of chrome(III) are proposed. The degree of integration: tris-hidrocisteinate of chrome(III) is tested in CSEL and in a research laboratory of pharmacology of Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy.
