Pogrebna M. The antibacterial treatment effectiveness in the various categories of patients with relapsed lung tuberculosis

In the dissertation in dynamics during 4 years in the separate region (c.Kyiv) the spreading, strukture, effectiveness of relapsed lung tuberculosis treatment were determined and there were revealed the main factors that influenced it. During the studing of the effectiveness of the modern chemothrapeutic regimes with 4, 5 and 5-6 preparations in 258 patients it was established, that their effectiveness did not differ relliably on the therms and frequency of destructivе cavities healing and it was not high. That is why for the treatment effectiveness increase it was necessary to distribute the patients with relapsed lung tuberculosis on the categories on the dependence from the main factors, which influenced on the treatment results: with non-destructive (limited and spread), destructive processes (all formes without fibrous-cavernous, which is picked out to the separate group) and with polyresistent micobacterium.
