Essay

In order to study effects of the extended application of the systematic ezymotherapy on parameters of the lipid exchange, atherogenic potential, immunology markers, which characterize activity of the inflammatory process, as well as certain parameters of internal gemodynamics of the heart, 118 patients were observed of whom 93 with infarction diagnosis. At the time of the study clinical, biochemical and immunology methods were applied. It is determined that application of the systematic enzymotherapy leads to normalization of atherogenic potential and parameters of the lipid exchange, reduction of the level of immuno-inflammatory reaction and improves internal gemodynamics of the heart. Differentiated approach is developed towards prescription of препаратов of the systematic enzymotherapy depending on the level of dysfunctions in the immune system.
