Essay

The dissertation is devoted to synthesis and study of electrical physical and catalytic properties of low oxidation state of tungsten and molybdenum phosphates. Phase formation processes as well as red-ox reactions in phosphate-molybdate and phosphate-tungstate melted systems has been studied in wide temperature and concentration range. The concentration areas of compounds phase formation have been defined. Series of phosphate containing low valent Mo, W phosphates and oxides were synthesized. The reliance composition-structure-conductivity for molybdenum and tungsten was considered. Novel phosphate catalysts for CO oxidation were elaborated.
