The dissertation is devoted to study of new f- and d-metal coordination compounds with analogues anticancer drugs phosphoramide type. The factors have an influence on complex formation with ligands in acidic and natural forms were determined. On the base of UV-VIS spectral data it was shown that Nd3+ complexes with the ratio metal : ligand = 1 : 2 (N,N'-tetramethyl-N''-benzoylphosphotriamide) and 1 : 3 (N,N'-tetraethyl-N''-benzoylphosphotriamide) are exist (stability constant = 1.66, 2.56 respectively). 46 new compounds have been prepared and characterized by means of IR, 1Н, 31Р NMR, UV-VIS spectroscopies, thermogravimetry and X-ray powder diffraction studies. The crystal and molecular structure of 10 organic and coordination compounds have been determined by X-ray diffraction studies. The way of phosphortriamide ligands coordination depends on the nature of substituents near phosphorus atom. By the X-ray diffraction method the formation of skeleton-type Co2+ complexes of general formula Со4L4-n(OCH3) 4(OH)n·mSolv (Solv = H2O or CH3OH) was proved.
