Essay

Patients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus with angio- and retinopathies. On the establishment of application of an intravenous laser irradiation of blood in complex treatment of the patients, varied approach to treatment in dependence on a stage of changes on an eye bottom to increase efficiency of treatment. Methods - ophthalmological, biochemical, immunological, ultrastructural. For the first time pathogenetically is proved, that increasing of effectiveness comes owing to improvement a metabolism of fatty acids, microcirculation of the eye. The method is applied into practice of the ophthalmologists. Sphere of application - medicine, ophthalmology.
