Kunyev Y. Principles of construction and perfection of the organizational structure of the law enforcement bodies of Ukraine: general theoretic aspects of state government

Object - is the theory and practice of the management of thelaw enforcement bodies of Ukraine. The aim - is to deter-mine organizational foundation of the rise of effective func-tioning of the law enforcement bodies, to decide problems of op-timization of structural construction of the law enforcement bod-ies of Ukraine. Methods - general scientific (dialectic, sys-tematic analysis, structural-and-functional, historic) and special (formal-logical, comparatively-legal, statistic, so-ciological). Novelty - is the new decisions concerning struc-tural construction and functioning of the law enforcement bodies of Ukraine Theoretical meaning - the sources of the formation of state government principles are defined; further development of the determination of the principles of management, the essence of the principles of management, the offered systematization of the principles of state government are defined. Practical mean-ing - is the use of proposals and recommendations in the sphere of management of the law enforcement bodies, the per-fection of legislation on the power. Implementation - is recommended for the use in organization of administrative process of the law enforcement bodies. Sphere of usage - is the training process, the management of the law enforcement bodies.
