Object of research - process of retted straw preparation. The purpose of research - mining to save up resources technology of cooking retted straw from linen straw by a artificial dew-retting and obtaining of a high quality flax fibre. Are theoretically justified and the exothermal processes of self-warming of wet linen straw are studied. The technological parameters and process conditions of cooking retted straw are established. Are established optimum geometrical and physical properties of packages of linen straw. The project is designed and the prototype installation for cooking retted straw in conditions linen factory and facilities is constructed. The basic minings have passed check under production conditions at the Korostishev linen factory of Zhitomir area.
