Essay

The paper is devoted to investigations of stress-strain state (SSS) of a single hanged steel pyramidally-prismatic bunker, de- Termination of its strength, rigid and dynamic properties as whole spatial system by means of finite-element method (FEM). The principally new qualitative and quantitative characteristics of structure SSS were received, the most rational and economic designing solutions were discovered and the most effective spheres of its using were handed. The necessity of taking into account in the designing process and norming at the theoretical level of the beginning inperfectnesses and technologic tempera- ture loads is shown. On the base of comparing the data of nume- rical and physical experiments the recommendations as for desidning of this kind of structures with FEM were presented, the most important of which were used for the designing purposes.
