The dissertation is devoted the role of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in differential diagnosis of the renal cell carcinoma, and also in planning various kinds of surgical interventions at tumors of kidneys. In a basis of work the results of research 138 patients with 166 tumors of the kidney are fixed.
