To develop the new approaches to synthesis of cyanine dyes and to investigate their spectral-luminescent properties in complexes with proteins and nucleic acids. Chemical synthesis and spectral researches. Are synthesized 35 new fluorescent cyanine dyes, are investigated their spectral-luminescent properties at presence DNA, RNA and proteins. The fluorescent dyes for definition DNA, RNA and BSA. Bioorganic chemistry, molecular biology are offered perspective for practical use.
