Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of preparations with anti-virus action from the point of view both their ability of interferon induction formations, and opportunities to immediate oppression of viruses reproduction. A subjekt of research were molecular complexes of one-chained RNA with tiloron. It has been an shown interferonogenic action of molecular complexes of homopolynucleotid's poly(C), poly(U), yeast RNA with tiloron in conditions in vivo and in vitro. The interferon belongs to the type I. It have been developed the ways of interferon production augmentation by means of priming. It has been determined that during 3 years the preparation didn't change the ability to interferon induction in vitro. The molecular complexes have the precise anti-virus action. They oppress viruses reproduction in cells cultures at prophylaxis and therapeutic use. All this allows surveying of molecular complex of yeast RNA-tiloron as a perspective antiviral preparation.
