Essay

The work contains comparative results of ultrastructural analysis of bronchial bioptates of suffered from chronic bronchitis liquidators of the Chornobyl accident and patients of control nosological group. The dynamics of pathological changes of superficial bronchial epithelium combined with disturbances of epithelium - lamina propria interactions and changes of microsurroundings was observed in patients with the effect of radiation in an anamnesis. Peculiarities of disregeneration of bronchial epithelium in persons that had undergone the influence of "chornobyl factor" were revealed and the conception of its morphogenesis was proposed. Prognostic importance of determined changes of cellular repopulation kinetics as regards to carcinogenesis is discussed.
