Chernadchuk V. Moral Damages Caused by Violation of Labor Rights.

The thesis deals with the problem of moral damages caused by violation of labor rigths. The notions of moral damage causel by violation of labor rights, responsibility for caused moral damage to an employee and terms of this responsibility have been investigated and determined. The expediency to define moral damage criteria has been grounded and the system of these criteria has been determine. The principles of moral damages assessment have been proposed. The system of criteria and method for the compensation for losses have been applies to the inventory of definitions exclusively for the notable casses of controversy between the owner and a worker under the conditions of violation of labor rights.
