3. English language markers of time and space in newspaper text. Drawing a conceptual model of newspaper chronotope and means of its language expression. Method of linguistic observation and description, comparative and quantitative analyses. Cognitive-linguistic modeling of tripartite time and non-uniformly scaled space, development of the idea of informative validity of reports in specific space and time. Influence of the ethno-specific factor of the addressee on the newspaper chronotope was revealed, this being expressed in parallel utilization of European and Arabic calendar systems. The main sphere of application is the practice of teaching English language to students of linguistics and translation, specialists in foreign relations.
