Chigir'ov V. Productive and biological peculiarities of Tsygaiskaya breed of sheep and its cross- breeds in different variabt of cross-breeding with Askanyiskaya cross-breeds

The object of investigation: the sheep of Tsygaiskaya breed and its cross with .Askanyiskaya cross-breds; the aim of investigation: the determination of genetic potential productivity improvement possibility of Tsygaiskaya breed population by the method of cross- breeding with Askanyiskaya cross-bred type; methods of investigatioh: zootechnical and matematical statistics; theoretical and practical results; the most resultive variants of genotype combinations of sheep accoeding to the main productivity features, the genetic base have been received during the cross breeding experiment of Askanyiskaya Odessa type of meat-wool breed of sheep; the subject and degree of inculcation: cross-bred sheep have been inculcated at the state pedigree plant "Nadiya" and at the 8 farms of Odessa oblast; the sphere of usage: pedigree, consumer and farm sheep enterprises, educational establishments.
