Vyshnovets'kyj V. The system of financial law in Ukraine under the transient conditions to market economy.

In the dissertation for the first time in Ukraine's judicial science on the basis of taking into account a qualitatively new status of the state and local government finance and the achievements of the judicial science the notion of the system of the financial law of the state and the bodies of local self - government has been investigated and its importance has emphasized. The objective stipulation and the doctrine judicial nature of the system has been revealed and a new modern structure of the system of the financial law has been grounded; the content of its constituents and the correlation between them has been analyzed. The main emphasis is laid on the judicial nature and the essence of the basic structural elements of the system of financial law, i.e. the financial and judicial norm and the financial and judicial institution
