Essay

The aim of the thesis is to develop the design principles of directive procedures for processing of friction surfaces to secure required quality of aircraft actuated parts. The technique is developed subject to finishing processing and friction surface coating at pre-production phase and is based on manufacturing influence upon quality limit parameters of actuated parts. The criteria of synthesis of engineering procedures are also worked out to obtain a limit carrying capacity, durability and temperature efficiency of items involved the outcomes are applied at manufacturing the landing gear assemblies of An-70 and An-140 airliners as well as at extension of landing gear service life of An-26, An-30 and An-32 airlines.
