In a thesis the new solution of the scientific task of regulation of a crystallographic orientation (KGO) of single-crystal turbine blades on a foundation of data of calculation them stress-strain state of a condition with usage of relations of an anisotropy of physic and mechanical properties of a material, for a heightening of reliability and carrying capacity of blades is reduced. Designed mathematical relations for prediction of influence of a crystallographic orientation for mechanical properties of single-crystal superalloys ЖС6У-ВИ and ЖС26-ВИ. The new information on the high-temperature strain behavior of single-crystal superalloys at continuous static loading is obtained. The main outcomes are confirmed by data of trials and have found operational use at manufacture of vanes of the turbine in airbuilding area.
