Superalloys ЖС6К, ВЖЛ-12У, ЭП-957ВД, ЗМИ-3, ЗМИ-3У. The purpose of the work is to determinate the maximal service life value of blades according to summarised experimental results of tested materials damaged due to corrosion-agressive media and mechanical loadings. Laboratory and stationary gas turbine research methods for superalloy durability estimation have been applied. It has been demonstrated, that forecasting procedure for the rupture limit estimation of the samples and turbine parts made of the superalloys is valid, if the corrosion factor, which is to be summarized accumulation of damages due to deformation, is added to the Rabotnov(Lepin equation. Considering the results of the samples tested in the condition of high(temperature agressive medium and mechanical loads (400 ( 200 MPa) and of the hollow turbine blades after the long(duration full(scale tests, it has been estimated the service life for turbine blades working in gas(transfering units ГТК(10I, ГТН(16.
