This scientific work is devoted to problem of surgical treatment of the giant gastric and duodenal ulcers. The clinical, immunological, pathomorphological particularities of the giant gastric and duodenal ulcers were investigated. The method of duodenal plastic and the ways of formation of gastroduodeno(jejuno)anastomosis (patent of Ukraine №31015A) and proximal resection were worked out.
