In the dissertation an expediency of utilizations of silibor substantiate theoretically and experimently as remedy of prophylaxis in the intoxication of 2,4-dinitrofenol - dinitroortocresol's derivative. Besides the action silibor on toxicokinetics of DNOK in biomediums of an organism and functional condition monooxygenase system of a liver for want of DNOK intoxication's is investigated. The ability bioflavonoid is proved to render modifyng influence to a kinetics DNOK and to induce monooxygenase a system of a liver in conditions of acute action DNOK on an organism. The thesis is devoted to study of influence silibor on a kinetics freeradical of responces, processes lipidperoxydation and condition antioxidant system of an organism in dynamics for want of acute intoxication's by dinitroortocresol (DNOK).
