Chornokur O. Surgical treatment of the patients with a cancer of a hypopharynx using auto- and allotransplantates

The dissertation is devoted to questions rising clinical efficiency of surgical treatment the patients with a cancer of hypopharynx by development effective methods reconstructive operations with a transplantation and indications to them. In work develops the direction in reconstructive surgery of hypopharynx with application of various kinds of grafts . The indications are determined and the developed surgical methods of restoration of main functions of hypopharynx with application auto- and allotransplantate materials (fascia of a wide muscle of a femur, tinned firm cerebral environment of a fetus) are described. The advantages and disadvantages various transplantation materials are shown, the indications to application transplantation material for want of surgical treatment of the patients with a cancer of hypopharynx are developed. The influence of radial therapy in the combined treatment of the patients with a cancer of hypopharynx for want of application transplantation material is shown. The re searches respiratory, phonatory and dividing function of hypopharynx at treated patients are conducted. The degree of efficiency of an rehabilitation of main functions of hypopharynx after performance developed operations is objectively proved. The references for practical application of the described methods for treatment patients with a cancer of hypopharynx are given.
