Dynamics of population of energy levels in semiconduc- tors under action of electromagnetic radiation and low-frequ- ency perturbation, which changes position of energy levels under the harmonious law with different amplitude of modu- lation, are investigated. In adiabatic approach from non-sta- tionary Schrodinger equation analytical expressions for dyna- mics of the levels population of two and three-level quantum systems have been received. The features of modulation spectra are analyzed at the realization of transitions a level - band, a band - band and in a vicinity of critical points. Resu- lts may be used for interpretation experimentally received modulation spectra of semiconductor crystals.
