Essay

The thesis is dedicated to investigate the pathogenetic link between cardiotropic viruses Coxsackie B and unstable angina from the aspect of lipid modulation. It was demonstrated, that association of viruses, promote the development of unstable angina at a younger age, burdening clinical characteristics of a disease, with the increased frequency of myocardial infarction. In patients with unstable angina, Coxsackie B viruses induce, changes in the lipid spectrum in blood serum, erythrocyte membranes, lipoproteins. Were demonstrated the necessery of the pathogenetic correction and efficiency of the Tekom high in ?-3 PUFA: reduced the free cholesterol level in erythrocytic membranes, increased level ?-3 PUFA -a predecessor eicosanoids with vasodilatation and antithrombotic effects.
