Object of a research: the patients of children and adolescent who were operated from benign thyroid neoplasms (B TN). The purpose: determination of mains principles of morfological diagnostic and surgical treatment of B TN. Methods and equipments: clinical, morphological, computers methods; computer, microscope. Theoretical and practical outcomes: the mains principles of analisys of morfological results and surgical treatment of B TN of children and adolescent, the value of express research, the classification of thyroid operations were determinated, the method of extrafascial hemithyroidectomy (EH), computer programs of medical data storige and analysis was created. Innovation: in first the method of EH, the classification of thyroid operations, value of express research were purposed. A degree of introduction: the data can be used for the patients of children and adolescent who operated from B TN. The shpere (area) of use: endocrinology, surgery.
