Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of a problem of synthesis and analysis of simple and effective algorithms of measurement parameters of harmonic and polyharmonic signals at non-Gaussian noises. The method of Polynomial Maximization is used for synthesis of new algorithms of measurement parameters of researched signals at the known statistical characteristics non-Gaussian noises. In an outcome of use of new probabilistic models of random sequences method of Polynomial Maximization which is used for synthesis of adaptive algorithms was advanced. The method of an evaluation of accuracy of approximating models is offered. The analytical expressions of asymptotic variances of unknown evaluations are obtained and investigated. The non-linear algorithms which are developed are differ from known linear algorithms by means of the characteristics of accuracy are increased. The block diagrams of new algorithms are constructed. For confirmation of functionability and effectiveness of new algorithms the computer simulation modeling is conducted.
