Bilyayevs'ka S. Microbiological aspect of the problem of the effectivity of decametoxine and preparations from human's placenta tissue in experimental Pseudomonas aeruginosas Infection

The Dissertation dedicate in the experimental investigations in which establish before unknown's immunomodulative property of decametoxine and preparations from the human's placenta tissue - amniocen and bioglobin. Antimicrobial preparation decametoxine in the doses from 10 to 20 mg/kg, antiinflammantory preparation amniocen and biopreparation bioglobin are immunologically positive, these preparation influence on cellular immunity, stimulate production of antibodies, that prove application of its as immunostimulators. It was research the protective role of immunocytes which are intactive and activate by amniocen and bioglobines about Pseudomonas aeruginosas infection. For the first time it was found effectivity of decametoxine, amniocene and bioglobine by experimental Pseudomonas aeruginosas infection.
