Essay

The dissertation includes results of complex clinico-immunological, laboratorial and tool inspectation of 122 patients with diagnosis of chronic hepatitis (CH). It was estabished, that CH of toxic genesis was estabished at 51,6%, vitral genesis - at 23,0%, kriptogen - at 25,4% of CH was found out. The patients had reccurent course with progressing of moderate icterus (20,5%), astheno-vegetative syndrome (79,0%), long-term hepatomegalia, moderate syndrome of cytolysis and hyperbilirubinemia.
