The dissertation їй devoted to the study of effectiveness of enterosorbent "Sorbogel" usage in complex salmonellosis therapy. Salmonellesis pathogenesis biological and chemical aspects have been studied. The work shows that at the height of the disease serotonin, gystamin, kinins concentration considerably increases which leads to microcirculation violation and development of hypoxia. The decrease of enrythrocytes deformation abilities (because of ATP production decrease and membranes consistency violation) also furthers this. As a result metabolic changes are observed in liver, kidneys, heart, to which the revealed change in the activity of organically specific ferments in blood serum testifies. It is shown that violation of metabolic processes in inner organs in the course of medium heaviness disease is preserved on the 5th, 10th and in some cases after a month after clinical recovery. It has been ascertained that sorbogel usage in salmonellosis therapy contributes to rapid rehabilitation of metaboli c processes in organs (on the 5th day) and the absence of pathological metabolism changes during distant terms (after one month). The experiment on rats has been carried out for finding out sorbogel therapeutic effect. Under con-ditions of salmonellosis experimental model morphological analysis of animals' liver, kidneys. bowels was carried out It has been shown that in case of salmonellosis in 2/3 of cases rats fall ill with toxic hepa-titis, in 1/3 of cases morphofunctional changes in kidneys take place. Sorbogel, decreasing toxic load on tissues, prevents damage of their structure. Biological and chemical analysis winch had been carried out. showed that the ATP content in liver, kidneys, heart, bowels, timus is decreased, lipids fractions ratio in cytoplasmic membranes is violated which leads to violation of their penetrability Sorbogel usage surely decreases damaging endotoxemia effect on membranes, promotes as it has been ascertained, rapid reha-bilitation of energy, processes and fractional structure of membranes lipids. The revealed rapid rehabili-tation of activity of organically specific ferments in blood serum testifies to the fact that sorbogel prevents the development of pathological changes of metabolic processes in tissues. It is shown that in case of salmonellosis in rats' erythrocytes the decrease of ATP content, the in-crease of phospholipase А activity the violation of lipids ratio in membranes take place. Correlation analysis which had been earned out revealed the presence of positive dependence between ATP level in tissues and erythrocytes and also between the ratio phospholipides/cholesterin in membranes of kidneys, liver, bowels and this very ratio in erythrocytes membranes. The data obtained under conditions of ex-perimental model allow to recommend the usage of erythrocytes functional state investigation for evalu-ating salmonellosis therapy effectiveness. The results of clinical observations, biological and chemical analyses and experimental data testify to the effectiveness of sorbogel us age in salmonellosis therapy.
