Kabanets' O. Perfection of currency regulation and control in Ukraine

Exchange transactions conducted by business agents (both residents and non-residents of Ukraine) and fulfillment of the requirement of current exchange legislation. Regulation and control in Ukraine and development of theoretical foundations and practical recommendations on their improvement. Methods of analysis and synthesis, international comparisons, and graphic, statistical and economico-mathematical methods. Basic provisions may be used in the course of improvement of legislative and normative basis of exchange regulation and control in Ukraine, and further development and increase in efficiency of control and inspection in this sphere. The author formulates and justifies a concept of improvement of the legal basis for exchange regulation and control and creation of a two-level structure of state control bodies. The author has worked out a technique to control inspection activities carried out to check the observance of exchange legislation. The results of the work have been introduced in practic e. Financial and fiscal bodies, banking sphere.
